Anything marked From is scoped to your business, so the figure is a starting point — you get an exact price in writing before any work begins. Everything else is the price. Either way, if scope changes we re-quote before doing the work, never after. GST extra where applicable.Billed in AUD; GST is not charged on exported services.
No lock-in, ever
Month to month with thirty days notice. If you stop, everything stays yours and keeps running — we just stop looking after it.
What a small change means
New photos, a price update, a paragraph rewritten, a new page. If something is bigger than that we quote it separately rather than quietly using up your month.
What the plan covers, and what it does not
The plan is our work — managing, monitoring, patching and changing. The services underneath sit on accounts in your name: your domain renewal, and hosting or a database if your site needs a paid tier. For a straightforward site those are usually free or a few dollars a month. We set them up, we manage them, and you can see exactly what they cost.
Why they are in your name
Because they are yours. If you ever leave, nothing needs migrating and nothing switches off — you just stop paying us to look after it. A studio that holds your hosting account holds your business, and we would rather not be that studio.

Twenty minutes on what you need. You get scope, price and dates in writing before anything starts, and nothing moves until you sign it off.

Not a slide deck. You see the actual thing running and say what is wrong while it is still cheap to change.

Built, tested, handed over
Fast on a mid-range phone on patchy data, because that is what your customers are on. Domain, hosting and accounts all in your name.
