Anything marked From is scoped to your business, so the figure is a starting point — you get an exact price in writing before any work begins. Everything else is the price. Either way, if scope changes we re-quote before doing the work, never after. GST extra where applicable.Billed in AUD; GST is not charged on exported services.
It drafts. A person sends.
Anything that reaches a customer is written by the agent and approved by you. It drafts a reply, it does not send one. It drafts a quote, it does not commit to a price. One wrong number sent automatically costs more than the whole build.
Why there is a monthly fee
An agent that is never watched drifts. The monthly covers monitoring, retraining when your prices, menu or process change, and the AI running costs themselves. Building one and walking away would be selling you something that quietly stops working.
The AI running costs are included
You are not billed separately for what the agent thinks. The monthly covers up to 1,000 agent actions — a reply sent, a booking taken, a quote drafted. That is far more than most businesses use. If you are consistently above it we will tell you and re-quote, rather than letting an invoice surprise you.
The accounts are yours
The agent runs on accounts in your name, set up by us. If you ever stop working with us it keeps running and you keep control of it. Nothing is locked to a login only we hold.
